For the price we paid, Ibis Budget was definitely a great value! The room was clean and had excellent sound protection, which allowed us to have a peaceful night's sleep. The location was perfect, close to the airport and just a short walk to the tram service. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, even though we didn't speak much French. They even offered us a complimentary pick up from Orly Airport, which we were grateful for.
